3. Service Description

Kinora provides general family education services in Thailand, including facilitated communication workshops, household document-organisation sessions, and a peer community membership. All services are educational and skills-based in nature. Kinora does not provide personal advice of any kind — including legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice. Nothing shared in any session or material should be taken as personal guidance for your specific situation.

Services are available to participants located in Thailand. We reserve the right to decline or restrict participation at our reasonable discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

When participating in our programmes or using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering or enquiring;
  • Treat other participants, facilitators, and community members with respect;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any personal information shared by others in group settings;
  • Use programme content for personal, non-commercial purposes only;
  • Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without prior written consent from Kinora.

Prohibited conduct includes: disruptive behaviour in sessions, sharing offensive or harmful content, impersonating others, and any use of our materials for commercial or instructional purposes without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our programmes — including frameworks, worksheets, session materials, recordings, and written resources — is the intellectual property of Kinora or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use programme materials for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active participation.

This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, or adapt our content in any form without prior written consent. Kinora's name, logo, and brand elements may not be used without permission.

6. Payment and Refunds

Programme fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full prior to participation unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Cancellation and refunds:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before a workshop date: full refund;
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before: 50% refund or full credit toward a future session;
  • Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before, or non-attendance: no refund.

For the Caring Community Year: membership fees are non-refundable after the first 14 days of membership, except where Kinora has been unable to deliver the agreed programme elements.

Kinora reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or equivalent credit at their preference.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kinora, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our content or services, or your violation of any third party's rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate participation with reasonable written notice. Kinora may remove a participant from a programme immediately and without refund if their conduct is harmful to other participants or in serious breach of these Terms.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination of this Agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith informal discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.
